The Tara Spirit came to life through our passion for fine brandy. For the fruit spirits, Tara uses only fully ripe, undamaged fruit. On arrival,
the fruit is examined of its maturity and the sanitary condition (dents, rot). Then the fruit is hand sorted.
We decide to combine something different, practicing traditional ways with modern technology.
